Once it’s dry, I use a one-and-a-half-inch barrel curling iron: I roll the hair around it and hold it vertically, and the whole time I tap the clamp, basically opening and closing it, so the shape isn’t as harsh on my hair. If I’m going to be out for a few hours, I might use hair spray, but otherwise, that’s it.

I also use Dove hair spray in light hold—it smells pretty and clean, like soap. And I use Aquaphor on my lips at night, especially when I travel; it can even work as eye makeup remover.
